'I am a liar' admits lying liar

"Then came the utterly unanticipated and dramatic - September 11th 2001 and the death of 3,000 or more on the streets of New York.

I decided we should stand shoulder to shoulder with our oldest ally. I did so out of belief.

So Afghanistan and then Iraq - the latter, bitterly controversial.

Removing Saddam and his sons from power, as with removing the Taleban, was over with relative ease."

What's this "oldest ally" bit? Our alliance with Portugal goes back to 1373.

We've also had close ties with Germany/Prussia for quite a while too (except for that unpleasant business in the early 20th century)

Didn't America fight a war of independence against us Brits?

I like thinking that the UK can stand shoulder to shoulder with a bunch of nutcase neo-cons. Hooray! I always have someone to blame when my drain is blocked, or my cat pukes on the carpet. "Those damn furballs! That's them bloody neocons!"

Yet again; thank you, Mr. Rilestone, for actually reading all the important people who hide behind insanity and/or inanity.

Any news of Mr. Sim, by the way?
