if there is anyone present with prior experience of Printing on Demand, could they please make themselves known to the management?

Just published two books. One of them together with Ian Dall.

Be sure to proof-read and layout the stuff right.

Other than that you should know that you have got a Hell of a job making PR and advertising.

The good thing is of course. You Rule the show yourself and NO damn editor with lack of vision is keeping you down.

The problem is of course that you should live up to your own expectations and others ;) In your case however, I do not think it is a problem.

I've used www.lulu.com and like it. And for any upcoming books, I'll use InDesign, so I can get more sophisticated page layout and typography.
