I keep hoping there is some easier way that doesn't involve eating and drinking less.
But seriously, five stone in year (that's 70 pounds for you Americans and 32 kg for you Europeans and scientists) is an amazing achievement. I am properly impressed.

I would recommend Slimming World. (Weight Watchers didn't work for me.).
